• Miss Nancy

  I have proudly owned The Goddard School of Mechanicsburg for over 20 years, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to early childhood education. After 27 years in the industry, I recently opened a second Goddard School here at Legacy Park. Continuing my commitment to providing exceptional learning environments for young children. As a mother of four, I understand the importance of creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging space for every child. Before venturing into education, I worked as a pediatric RN for nearly 10 years, providing compassionate care to children and families. My dedication to service extends beyond the classroom—I have been deeply involved in the Mechanicsburg community for over two decades, fostering strong relationships and supporting local initiatives. As a proud veteran, I bring discipline, leadership, and a strong sense of duty to everything I do. I am committed to ensuring every child at The Goddard School receives the highest quality care and education

• Kalyn

  Mrs. Kalyn has 4 years with The Goddard School! With an impressive academic background that includes a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, minors in Special Education and Children’s Psychology, and a bachelor’s in Business Administration, Mrs. Kalyn brings a well-rounded and passionate approach to teaching. Her dedication to creating a warm, supportive, and enriching environment makes her a beloved part of our school community. She especially enjoys meeting new families and watching each child grow and learn at their own pace—a true reflection of her heart for early childhood development. Outside of school, you’ll find Mrs. Kalyn enjoying time with her family and friends, binge-watching Netflix, shopping, sipping coffee, and playing with her sweet dog, Cabella!

• Sierra

  Sierra is the Director of Education here at the Goddard School. Before becoming the Director of Education, Sierra was our kindergarten teacher. She graduated from Shippensburg University in May of 2020, with her bachelor's degree in science of education Pre-K to 4th grade. She enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with her husband, dogs, and cat. Her son Maverick started here at The Goddard School when he was three months old. As a parent she loves being able to observe him interact with peers and thrive every day.

• Kelly

  Mrs. Kelly has been at The Goddard School for 9 years! With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, Mrs. Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and creativity to her classroom every single day. Her calm presence, nurturing spirit, and dedication to helping children grow and thrive have made her an invaluable part of our Goddard family. Whether she’s guiding little learners through their first school experiences or creating engaging lessons that spark curiosity, Mrs. Kelly’s passion for childcare shines through in everything she does. Outside the classroom, Mrs. Kelly enjoys spending time in her garden, diving into a good book, cooking delicious meals, and cherishing time with her family and grandchildren.

• Moriah

  Mrs. Moriah (Mo), who has been part of our Goddard family for 3 wonderful years! Her passion for working with children started back in high school, and she’s been making a difference ever since. Coming from a big family, Mrs. Moriah is the youngest of six siblings—and the only girl among five brothers! Her nurturing and playful spirit shines through in everything she does. In her free time, Mrs. Moriah loves watching movies, doing crafts, listening to music, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

• Pushpa

  We’re happy to highlight Mrs. Pushpa, who has been working in childcare for 2 years and brings a unique blend of skills and warmth to our Goddard family! With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in Business Management, Mrs. Pushpa brings a thoughtful, team-oriented approach to the classroom. She loves collaborating with others and is always ready to lend a helping hand, making her a wonderful team player. In her free time, Mrs. Pushpa enjoys listening to calming music, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Her favorite part of teaching? Meeting new families and watching children discover new things—knowing that these early moments of learning will carry them toward lifelong success.

• Rachel

  Mrs. Rachel has been with the Goddard family for 8 years and brings over 25 years of experience in childcare! Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Mrs. Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology and has a deep passion for helping children grow and thrive. Her calm and caring nature helps create a nurturing classroom environment where every child feels loved, accepted, and ready to learn. In her free time, she enjoys watching great shows, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Rachel’s favorite part of teaching is building a positive and supportive learning environment where children can explore, grow, and be themselves.

• Lisa

  Mrs. Lisa has been part of our Goddard family for 4 years and brings with her over 12 years of experience in public education! Mrs. Lisa has a passion for STEM education and loves creating a welcoming, hands-on learning environment where children can explore, create, and discover together. One of her favorite things about teaching is watching students get excited as they experiment, problem-solve, and learn through play. Outside the classroom, Mrs. Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, shopping with her daughter, gardening, and volunteering in the community.
